Physical therapists incorporate joint manipulation, mobilization and exercise. Our clinical philosophy is to determine the nature of your problem, identify a treatment plan and help you optimize your recovery.

Each therapist has individualized training in their respective areas of interest. These areas include, balance and dizziness, TMJ, Concussion Management, Acupuncture, Pelvic Floor dysfunction and urinary incontinance.

Athletic Therapy

Athletic therapy utilizes manual therapy, massage and strength and conditioning in the treatment of disease and pathology. Our Athletic Therapist is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and also utilizes biofeedback to conduct gait assessments.


Acupuncture


Massage Therapy

Remedial Massage Therapy is the utilization of massage specifically to treat injury and disease. Our massage therapists focus on assessment and understanding your problem. They also incorporate exercise to help you optimize your recovery.


Custom Bracing

We provide custom bracing for injury, sport and post operative recovery. Bracing is complex and if we are providing you with a brace, we want to ensure it is the right brace. We will assess you in the clinic and show you what options are available.


Exercise Therapy

Exercise Therapists are trained kinesiologists who use Exercise for the treatment of disease and dysfunction. Our Exercise Therapist can you assist you in designing and implementing a strength and conditioning program both for injury rehabilitation and performance.


Kirsty has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Briercrest College and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. Kirsty is a CCAA All-Canadian Collegiate Volleyball player and previous captain of her team at Briercrest College. She has continued her passion for sport through various coaching certifications, sideline sport coverage and certifications in Multi-sport training.
