Our physical therapists treat a wide range of problems including neck and back pain, sciatica, osteoarthritis, tendinopathy, neurological dysfunction, paediatric dysfunctions and cardiorespiratory dysfunction. Physical therapists incorporate joint manipulation, mobilization and exercise. Our clinical philosophy is to determine the nature of your problem, identify a treatment plan and help you optimize your recovery.

Each therapist has individualized training in their respective areas of interest. These areas include, balance and dizziness, TMJ, Concussion Management, Acupuncture, Pelvic Floor dysfunction and urinary incontinance.


Athletic Therapy

Athletic therapy utilizes manual therapy, massage and strength and conditioning in the treatment of disease and pathology. Our Athletic Therapist is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and also utilizes biofeedback to conduct gait assessments.

Kirsty has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Briercrest College and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. Kirsty is a CCAA All-Canadian Collegiate Volleyball player and previous captain of her team at Briercrest College. She has continued her passion for sport through various coaching certifications, sideline sport coverage and certifications in Multi-sport training.
